• Account information such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Profile information you choose to publish, including business or creator name, description, categories, location or service area, contact details, business hours, promotions, events and collaborations.
• Uploaded media such as logos, cover images, gallery photos, videos and documents.
• Messages and enquiries you send us or receive through your profile.
• Technical information such as device type, browser and pages visited.

• To create, publish and maintain your Eddar profile.
• To display listings on Eddar Explore and make them discoverable.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To operate subscriptions and complimentary access periods.
• To keep the platform safe, review reported listings and prevent misuse.

Your account details are used to identify you, secure your login, confirm ownership of a listing and send essential service messages. Your account email is not shown on your public profile unless you add it as a public contact email.

Anything you publish on your profile is intended to be public. Please only publish contact details you are comfortable sharing. You can edit or remove profile information at any time, and you may delete your site from your dashboard.

Images, videos and documents you upload are stored securely and served publicly as part of your published profile. You confirm that you have the right to publish the media you upload.

When subscriptions are enabled, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are entered directly with that provider and are not stored by Eddar. We keep only billing records such as plan, amount, status and renewal dates.

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language preference and secure your session. Disabling essential cookies may stop parts of the platform working.

We use aggregated analytics to understand which pages are viewed and how the platform performs. This helps us improve Eddar. We do not use analytics data to build advertising profiles about you.

We send service emails such as verification, password resets, listing notifications, enquiry alerts and reminders about complimentary access or renewals. Occasional product updates include an unsubscribe link; essential service emails do not, as they are required to operate your account.

Access to your data is protected by authentication and database-level access rules, and traffic to Eddar is encrypted in transit. No online service can promise absolute security, so we also ask you to use a strong, unique password and to tell us if anything looks wrong.

We keep your account and profile data while your account is active. If you delete a site, it is removed from public view and retained for a limited period so it can be restored on request or to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted. Inactive listings may be archived, hidden or removed to keep Eddar Explore accurate.

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your listing or request deletion of your account.
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time.
